Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you change your mind after completing a purchase and request a refund for personal reasons, please note that an 8% fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. This fee covers the non-refundable charges incurred through our payment gateway and bank card processing providers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at shop@azmanperfumes.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as samples, testers, and personal care goods (beauty products), cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
