Shipping Policy

 

Azman Perfumes offers free worldwide shipping on 50ml bottles. To check if we ship to your country, please add a 50ml scent to your cart. Shipping rates for samples and discovery sets will be calculated at checkout after adding items to your cart. For other inquiries, including wholesale, please contact us at shop@azmanperfumes.com.

TRACKING
We exclusively use FedEx Priority shipping for all shipments. Due to restrictions on perfume or liquid items, we are unable to use postal services from the UAE. FedEx Priority shipping includes tracking, and you will receive a tracking link in your confirmation email after dispatch. Orders placed late on Fridays, holidays, or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at shop@azmanperfumes.com.

  • UAE Orders: Delivered within 1-2 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on the destination country.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur beyond the estimated timeframe.

DUTIES & TAXES
We offer complimentary FedEx shipping on all 50ml bottles as a gesture of appreciation to our valued customers.

Please note that all international packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the receiver.
Duty-free limits vary by country, so we strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

If, for any reason, you choose not to pay the customs duties or taxes and the shipment is returned to us:

• The original shipping cost—both outbound and return shipping—will be deducted from your refund.

• Even if your order was shipped under our free shipping offer, return shipping charges will still apply.

We do not cover or reimburse any customs fees, taxes, or return costs related to unpaid duties.

PAYMENTS
All payments on Azman Perfumes are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Multiple orders or shipments may result in multiple postings on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the item cost but not the shipping fee. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt; items must be unused and in their original packaging and labels. If returned goods are not in resellable condition, we may not accept the return. Any promotional gifts received with the item must also be returned. Personalized items and items exempt from return due to health and hygiene reasons are non-returnable if unsealed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, which may take up to 45 days to reflect.
